Mod Carousel is a Seattle-based multidisciplinary boylesque collective featuring the talents of the Luminous Pariah, Paris Original, and Trojan Original.
They have performed regularly since their founding in 2010. With over 50 shows in Europe and Australia and countless US performances under their belt, Mod Carousel show no signs of stopping their antics any time soon. Last summer, they garnered 5 million views for YouTube parody of Robin Thicke's "Blurred Lines"!

THE LUMINOUS PARIAH is a cabaret performance artist, producer, and model. He draws upon his extensive background in physical theatre and dance to bring inspirational showcases that are designed to celebrate the thrilling highs and questionable lows of the kooky world we live in. Along with regular Seattle performances, Luminous averages over 1/3 of each year on tour nationally and internationally.
PARIS ORIGINAL is a professional dancer and a 2014 Burlesque Hall of Fame award winner. He calls upon his extensive experience in many forms of dance and theatre to craft his unique style of Burlesque. Possessing a statuesque aesthetic, he utilizes his affinity for movement and creative costuming to captivate, inspire and capture the hearts of audiences wherever he goes.
TROJAN ORIGINAL, a classically trained dancer, is best described as "...what would happen if a cartoonist captured the disciplined essence of Baryschnikov and the campy styles of a self-aware Schwarzenegger." Also a 2014 Burlesque Hall of Fame award winner, his unique approach includes satire surrounding the incarnation of the modern male and a healthy dose of over-the-top to keep things lighthearted and hysterically funny.
The show will also feature your Salomé Cabaret cast favorites and some surprise special guests from the local fringe arts community.
